The Big Hot One hot sauce is big, bad and in charge and has some serious acting chops. At least we think that it will go well with chops. It certainly does not hurt to try. In fact, we will try just about anything with this sauce. You never know what audition is waiting around the corner. We are always on the lookout for new talent. Obviously, the Big Hot One hot sauce really has to try hard to avoid being type cast into the street smart broad with no social graces role. It is a very versatile sauce though. There is no limit to the roles it can play in your everyday food. And with its ensemble cast of ingredients, we think that it is very deserving of an Oscar, I mean, to act as though it is mild, and secretly be burning inside. It should at least win a Scovie!
Star studded ingredients: Cayenne peppers, water, salt, acetic acid, oloresin cayenne, starch and caramel color.
