This latest offering from Blair is yet another top class hot sauce from the main man himself.
Blair's Golden Death is a Caribbean style hot sauce with a wonderful blend of Scotch Bonnet, onion, mustard seed and turmeric.
You can literally wallop this on anything and everything. It's got a decent heat from those wonderful, fruity Scotch Bonnets but it's not going to melt your face off.
The mustard seed and turmeric gives a slight piccalilli edge to the flavor so Golden Death works fantastically well with cold meats and cheese.
All in all, a great everyday hot sauce with great flavor.
