Then again, as hot as this stuff is, you might consider fresh air on your face instead. This sauce will spank you with its intense heat. You might be so crazed after tasting it that you resort to hair pulling. If you like it rough, this is the sauce to role play with. It will have you screaming "what's my name?" in no time. We urge you to be careful though. If you are going to have some of Pleasure & Pain Rated XXX Hot Sauce, you better wear protection...like a bib.
